As an employee at the Department of Health Services, you will provided an official work email account @dhs.lacounty.gov.  It is vital that you check this email regularly for communication related to the Residency Program and clinical work.

Access is requested through the Department of Medicine during the onboarding process.  Your email password will be your HOSTED password, which is also used to log into Windows workstations.

To look up your email address, search by name on the Olive View Intranet home page.

To Access DHS Outlook 365 Email

Log-in with your work account and password (HOSTED/email/Windows password) at https://outlook.office365.com/

For remote desktop access:

• Set up Multifactor Authentication first.
• Log in using the usual Outlook login page.

For access on a mobile device, you must use the official Outlook app (your device’s built-in mail app will not work):

• Set up Multifactor Authentication first.
• Download the Outlook app onto your device.
