You may have recently been contacted by Anthem Blue Cross to you to confirm whether you or your dependents have medical coverage in addition to what is provided through the Housestaff Benefits package.  This is something done periodically by insurance companies in order to verify Coordination of Benefits (COB). Anthem has reached out to GME at UCLA as the administrators of your benefit plan because there has been a lack of response to their inquiries.
